The GREENSMARTMED project is about to hold its final event after three years of work. Organised by SZREDA and supported by the entire partnership, this event is a valuable opportunity to reflect on past work and prepare for future challenges.
The GREENSMARTMED project invites companies, policymakers, research centres, clusters, and innovation stakeholders to its Final Conference, a key moment for reflection and exchange on the results achieved and future perspectives for the green transition of manufacturing SMEs in the Mediterranean area.
The event represents a unique opportunity to discuss approaches, tools, and policies that can accelerate the sustainable transformation of regional production systems, building on the experience gained through Mediterranean interregional cooperation.
During the event we will share the project journey, presenting its objectives, approaches, and main results in supporting the green transition of manufacturing SMEs. We will also explore the activities carried out within the Regional Core Groups across the five participating regions, highlighting regional experiences, key outcomes, and main lessons learned.
Special attention will also be given to the transfer of GREENSMARTMED results, with particular attention to their impact on public policies and regional innovation strategies. The discussion will highlight opportunities for capitalisation, future interregional collaboration, and the project’s contribution to European initiatives, supporting their integration into regional strategic frameworks.
The agenda will be published soon.
To participate in the final event, please register here by 15 May.
